麻疯树茎段组织培养研究

摘    要:以麻疯树(Jatropha curcas L.)优株的带芽茎段为外植体进行了组培快繁技术研究。研究结果表明:春季(3月)对树干基部进行截干处理可达最佳的优树促萌效果;连续两次消毒(3+3)min是麻疯树外植体消毒的适宜时间;麻疯树启动培养的最佳培养基是:1/2 MS+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1;春季树干基部的半木质化枝条是最适宜的外植体材料;麻疯树增殖培养的适宜培养基为:MS+6-BA 4.0 mg·L-1+IBA 0.2 mg·L-1;麻疯树芽苗增殖的最适宜温度为25℃~30℃,最适宜光照为2 000 Lux~3 000 Lux。

Abstract:Tissue culture and fast propagation were carried out by using stem segments containing auxiliary buds from superior plants of Jatropha curcas L.as explants.The results showed that the treatment of cutting on the base of trunk in spring(March) would efficiently promote sprouting of plus trees;Continuously sterilizing twice(3 minutes+3 minutes) and then treating with mercuric chloride were the suitable sterilizing condition for explants;The optional culture medium for their initiation was 1/2 MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg...
