柿树化感作用的初步研究

摘    要:采用培养皿滤纸法研究5种浓度的柿树叶和根水提液对受体植物萝卜、小麦、绿豆、白菜、番茄和黄瓜发芽及幼苗生长的影响,结果表明,柿树叶片提取液在5个浓度(10%、5%、2%、1%、0.5%)对萝卜、小麦和绿豆的种子发芽率、幼苗生长和叶绿素含量均有显著的抑制影响,只在高浓度下(10%和5%)对白菜、番茄和黄瓜的种子发芽率、幼苗生长和叶绿素含量有显著的抑制影响;而柿树根提取液在5个浓度对6种受试植物的测定参数均无显著的影响。试验初步证实了柿树叶片有化感潜力,可能对果树生产上的轮作、间作、套作及杂草的生物防治有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The allelopathy of persimmon(Diospyros kaki) was studied by bioassay of culture dishes with filter paper in order to explore how the treatments with five extracted concentrations(10%?5%?2%?1%?0.5%) of leaves and roots of persimmon affect the germination and growth of radish (Raphanus sativus),wheat (Triticum aestivum),green bean (Vigna radiata),cabbage (Brassica pekinensis),tomato (Lycopersicon esculentummill) and cucumber ( Cucumis sativus). The results showed that five low concentrations of leaves aqueous extracts of persimmon significantly inhibited seed germination,seed growth and chlorophyll content of radish,wheat,green bean,while high concentrations(10 % and 5 %) significantly inhibited those of cabbage,tomato and cucumber. However,roots aqueous extracts of persimmon had no significant effects on six species. In conclusion,this study confirmed allelopathy of persimmon leaves preliminarily,which would benefit to rotation,row intercropping,relay intercropping and weed biocontrol in planting of fruit trees.
