烤烟化学成分与其静燃速率的关系研究

摘    要:对河南不同产地中部烤烟的化学成分与其静燃速率进行了相关分析、回归分析和通径分析研究。相关分析表明:钾和钾氯比与静燃速率呈极显著正相关关系;氯与静燃速率呈极显著负相关关系。回归分析和通径分析结果表明:烟叶7个化学指标对静燃速率的直接通径系数依次为糖碱比>烟碱>钾>总氮>两糖比>氯>还原糖。在卷烟配方中,首先要考虑钾和氯,然后再综合考虑其他化学成分的协调性。

Abstract:Studies on correlation,step regression and path analysis between chemical components in flue-cured tobacco from different producing area in Henan province and burning velocity of flue-cured tobacco were researched in this paper.The results of correlation analysis showed that K and K/CL were related to burning velocity positively,Cl was related to burning velocity negatively.The results of step regression analysis and path analysis indicated that the direct effect of seven chemical components was the number of the ratio of total sugar to nicotine>nicotine>K>total nitrogen > the ratio of total sugar to reducing sugar>Cl> reducing sugar.When the new cigarette blending will be developed,K and Cl should be taken into consideration first,then to comprehensively consider the rest of chemical components.
