梨树县新型多元合作农技推广模式的探索

农业技术推广是农业生产中的重要环节,随着农业生产由数量型向质量型的转变,农业社会化和市场化程度的加深,广大农民组织化程度的提高,原有的农技推广模式已经不再适应现代农业的发展,创新农技推广模式,改变运作机制已经是发展农业生产的必然。文章通过总结以往的农技推广经验,并借鉴其他先进的推广模式,走科研部门、农技推广部门、农村专业协会或经合组织相结合的多元合作推广模式,加快了新技术、新成果的转化,拉近了成果与应用的距离,为新时期的农业技术推广探索了新路。

Exploration of New Multi-dimensional Cooperation Agricultural Technology Extension Mode in Lishu County

Agricultural technology extension plays an important role in agricultural production. With the facts that agricultural production changed from quantity-orientod to quality-oriented, agricultural socialization and marketization deepened, the degree of farmers＇ organization has he, en increased and old-fashioned extension systems cannot meet the needs of modern agriculture. Therefor, it is necessary and urgent to explore an innovative agricuhural extension system and its operating mechanism. Based on previous experience of agricultural technology ex- tension and using the experience of other advanced extension mode, we are trying to link research institutes, agricultural extension system, ru- ral technique associations, and/or farmers＇ economic cooperative organizations working together. Such collaboration can speed up the transfor- mation of new technology achievements and shorten the distance between achievement and user. This made a new way for agricultural technol- ogy extension at new stage.
