摘    要:目的]研究链霉菌JXJ-115利用农业废弃物进行固体发酵产生除莠霉素A的发酵条件。方法]利用农业废弃物作为培养基主要成分,对链霉菌JXJ-115进行固体发酵,评估其产生除莠霉素A的能力。结果]链霉菌JXJ-115能利用各种农业废弃物通过固体发酵产生除莠霉素A,其中甘蔗渣是最有效的基质,其次是棉花杆、玉米秸秆、稻草、小麦秸秆。优化后产生除莠霉素A的最佳培养基组成是:甘蔗渣50.00 g,可溶性淀粉5.00 g,大豆粉5.00 g,(NH4)2SO40.25 g,K2HPO40.25 g,CaCO30.50 g,NaCl 0.25 g,MgSO4.7H2O 0.50 g,pH值6.0。接种后的培养基含水量68%~69%,30℃培养8 d,第3天检测到除莠霉素A,第8天达到最大值0.82 mg/g。结论]该研究为我国可再生资源的综合利用开辟了新的途径。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to study the fermentation condition of producing herbimycin A by streptomyces JXJ-115 through solid fermentation of agricultural wastes.Method] With agricultural wastes as the main component of medium,the solid fermentation was conducted on streptomyces JXJ-115 and its ability of producing herbimycin A was evaluated.Result] Streptomyces JXJ-115 could utilize various agricultural wastes to produce herbimycin A through solid fermentation,in which bagasse was the most effective substrate,cotton stalk,corn,rice and wheat straw were secondary.The optimum medium combination of producing herbimycin A after optimization was bagasse 50.00 g,soluble starch 5.00 g,soybean powder 5.00 g,(NH4)2SO4 0.25 g,K2HPO4 0.25 g,CaCO3 0.50 g,NaCl 0.25 g,MgSO4 ·7H2O 0.50 g and pH value of 6.0.When the inoculated medium had water content in 68%~69% and the strain was cultured at 30 ℃ for 8 d,herbimycin A was detected out on the 3rd day and reached its maximum value on the 8th day(0.82 mg/g).Conclusion] The research developed a new approach for the synthetic utilization of renewable resources in China.
