德国镜鲤和选育镜鲤及其杂交后代的同工酶电泳比较研究

本文采用电泳方法对德国镜鲤，选育镜鲤及杂交种的肝组织Ｐｏｄ、Ｍｄｈ、Ｅｓｔ三种同工酶进行分析，三种鲤的Ｐｏｄ同工酶谱只有一种表型，Ｍｄｈ酶谱中选育镜鲤在ＭＤＨ—２出现突变。Ｅｓｔ酶谱中选育镜鲤Ｅｓｔ—１和Ｅｓｔ—６有基因多态现象，德国镜鲤Ｅｓｔ—１和Ｅｓｔ—５有多态现象，两个亲本在生化遗传上比较接近。

Comparative Analysis of Isenzymes about Germany Carp Seatted Carp and Songpu Carp Using Electrophoresis

The article introduces that electrophoresis was adopted to analyse Pod, Mdh and Est, using living tissue of Germanycarp, Seatted carp and Songpu carp. There is only one phenotype of Pod electrophoretogram of the three fish. In Mdh electrophoretogram mutation only appeared at Mud-2of Seatted carp.In Est electrophoretogram,gene polymorphism was found at Est-1 and Ert-6 of seatted carp.Two parents of German carp that have gene polymorphism at Est-1 and Est-5approaching biochemical heredity.
