草间小黑蛛实验种群的生命表

摘    要:在实验室条件下观察草间小黑蛛种群存活和繁殖动态,得出年龄特征存活率和繁殖率等数据,组建成年龄特征生命表和繁殖特征生命表.统计出有关种群各项参数,包括净繁殖率、世代平均历期、内禀增长能力、瞬时出生率和死亡率、周限增长率.双倍时间以及稳定年龄组配.应用Leslie矩阵模型模拟实验种群动态,并建立种群增长模型:N=98.7348e~(0.0386t)(23℃),N=100.1627e~(0.0482t)(27℃)。

Abstract:The experimental population of Erigonidium graminicola was studied under the average temperature of 23℃ and 27℃ to observe the survival and multiplication rate. The age specific life table and the fecunding specific life table were constructed. The following population parameters had been obtained: net reproductive rate (R_0=18.4128, 23.4419), mean generation time (T= 75.6457, 65.8647 d), innate capacity of population increase (r_m=0.0385, 0.0479), instantaneous rates of birth and death (b= 0.1505, 0.1876; d=0.1120, 0.1397), finite rate of increase (λ=1.0393, 1.0491), doubling time (DT=18.0038, 14.4707 d) at 23℃ and 27℃ . Stable age composition gave the indication that about 93.2% of the population is included between the egg and the nymph stages. The experimental population dynamics were simulated by means of Leslie motrix model. The population dynamics models N=98.7348 e~(0.0386t) (23℃) and N=100.1627 e~(0.0482t) (27℃) were developed.
