The Strategies for Sustainable Utilization of Grassland Resources in China

In this paper, we discussed the significance and the major problems to sustainably utilize the grassland resources. The main problems existed in the utilization of grassland resources were introduced briefly and several suggestions were put forward. First, the grassland ecological construction and environmental protection should be taken into account, when we exploit and use the grassland resource. Second, the forage resources should be utilized reasonably and the animal productivity should be improved. Third, the grassland resources should be exploited comprehensively and industrialized.
