| 摘 要： | 从宏观和微观角度分别阐述了动物毛皮种类鉴别方法,探讨动物针毛及绒毛横断面的快速简易的制作方法,从毛发横断面上观察毛发微观结构,指出了用哈氏切片法的优越性及获得的理想图片,为动物毛皮种属鉴定提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | The identification methods of animal fur types were described from the perspective of macro and micro respectively,the rapid and simple methods were discussed on cross-section of animal hair-villus,micro-structure of cross-section were observed from the hair.It was noted that the access of using harringt on slice and the ideal picture.It provided a scientific basis for identification of animal fur species. |
