嫁接黄瓜采种试验研究

摘    要:用黑籽南瓜做砧木,亲本451做接穗进行嫁接采种试验。结果表明,重茬地嫁接可以提高植株的抗病性,使霜霉病病情指数降低50%,植株死亡率降低15个百分点以上;嫁接能够显著提高黄瓜的单株结瓜数及种子千粒重,可以大幅提高黄瓜的种子产量。

Abstract:The cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) parent 451 as scions were grafted on rootstocks of fig leaf gourd (Cucurbita ficifolia) in order to study seed collection of the grated cucumber. The results showed that the disease resistance of the grafted cucumber was enhanced in continuous cropping while the disease index of downy mildew and its death rate decrease above 50% and 46% respectively. It is obvious that grafting can increase the fruit number per plant as well as its 1000-seed weight and seed yield.
