稻谷吸附与解吸等温线的计算机模拟

摘    要:稻谷平衡含水量与水分活度的关系是稻谷干燥和贮藏过程中的重要参数。本文根据文献[2]的模型,初步开发出稻谷吸附与解吸等温线拟合软件。软件建立了吸附与解吸实验数据库,通过数学模型拟合出吸附与解吸等温线,同时计算出相关参数。

Abstract:The relationship between absorption equilibrium moisture contents and relative humidity of rough rice is an important parameter for drying, mixing, packaging and storage. The paper, according to the published data and model, develops sorption software. It can be used to fit sorption curve. The qualities of the fitness in most cases could allow its use as a regular procedure to represent experimental results stored in a database.
