| 摘 要： | 目前,国际市场对大豆原料价格的操纵压抑了中国豆农的积极性,引发种植面积缩小以及对加工业产业运行、经贸市场营销运作带来很大的负面影响,结合所掌握的国内外相关资料与对黑龙江大豆生产实际的考察,提出应效法和借鉴国外的先进经验,加强政策上的宏观调控和具体办法的微观实施,确保黑龙江及全国的大豆传统优势产业健康快速发展.

| Abstract: | The paper is based on the present control of the international market over the price of soybean raw materials that has restrained the activity of farmer'soybean grwoing,leading to reduction of soybean planting areas,negative effect to operation of the process and market.Combining the domestic and foreign informations and investigations to the soybean industry in Heilongjiang province,we proposed that we should consult and learn the advanced experience of other countries,strengthen the macro or micro role of the government,gauranttee an effective and healthy way to develop soybean industry in Heilongjiang province as well as in China. |
