食用菌菌种分离与保藏方法

摘    要:食用菌的菌种制作是食用菌栽培的前提,纯度高、生命力强的菌种是食用菌栽培取得丰产优质的先决条件。概述了目前食用菌菌种分离培养中普遍采用的方法,如组织分离、孢子分离以及基内菌丝分离法等。建议依据分离的环境与材料的生理特性选择适合的分离方法,并将获得的优良菌种进行妥善保藏。

Separation and Preservation Methods of Edible Fungi Strains

Abstract:The making of edible fungus strains is the premise of edible fungus cultivation,high-purity and strong-vitality species are the prerequisite of high quality mushroom cultivation.Different separation methods of edible fungi strains used in their cultivation were introduced,such as organizational separation,spore separation,and substrate mycelia separation,etc.It′s suggested that the suitable separation methods of edible fungi strains should be chosen depending on the environment condition and physiological characteristics of separated materials.Furthermore,the fine strains should be get proper preservation.
