| 摘 要： | 用花生高产品种与农家品种、多粒型PI259747 比较分析,高产品种叶绿素含量多,光合速率高,固氮活性较高,单位叶面积干重较大,干物质积累多且分配到荚果的比例大。这些性状与产量或生物产量成显著的正相关。高产育种时,可选择叶绿素含量高,叶片厚,根瘤较大而多,经济系数高的植株。

| Abstract: | Comparative studies were conducted using one improved high-yielding cultivar,one farmer's cultivar and Valencia accession PI259747 of cultivated peanut. Both chlorophyll content and photosynthetic ratio of the improved high-yielding cultivar were obviously higher than those of the farmer's cultivar.The nitrogenase activity in the high-yielding cultivar was stronger than that in the farmer's cultivar while that in PI -259747 was the strongest.The dry matter weight per unit leaf area, total dry matter accumulation and its proportion transfered to pods in ,the high yielding cultivar were all better than the rest cultivars,Therefore, deep green,thick leaves with high chlorophyll content, high nitrogenase activity and economic coefficient might be physiological indexes in breeding for high yield. |
