| 摘 要： | 利用现代网络技术、数据库技术和GIS技术建立基于B/S模式营林、造林管理信息系统.系统采用基于J2EE标准和ArcGIS Server相结合的技术,建立了以WebGIS为核心的森林经营规划设计、造林规划设计、林业生态效益评估系统.系统对资源管理与地理信息系统无缝集成,对图形数据和属性数据实施一体化管理,使管理部门准确、全面和及时地掌握各地森林资源的消涨变化,为决策提供科学依据.
