| Abstract: | Urban wastewater treatment plant(UWTP)undertaken by BOT-type scheme has been developmented rapidly nowadays.However, it is still at the stage of beginning, the operation procedure and risk management are not well established yet, so there are many projects unsuccessful.Based on specific characteristics of UWTP,this paper summarizes the significance of urban wastewater treatment plant(UWTP)undertaken by BOT-type scheme,and explores the main operation procedure in details and risk management. |
