小麦抗病性基因推导方法的发展及应用

摘    要:本文对小麦抗病性基因推导方法的提出,发展及应用进行了综述,对推导的表示方法进行了描述和评价,对影响基因推导的因素进行了讨论。实践证明,抗性基因推导方法已成为研究小麦抗性遗传的重要手段。

Abstract:For more than 20 years the development and application of themethod of postulating disease resistant genes in wheat first suggested byLoegering in 1968 has become an important tool in studying the inheritance ofresistance to diseases.In this paper,the progress of the method and its usehave been reviewed,Different kinds of method of analysis and expressionhave been described and evaluated,and the factors affecting postulation havebeen discussed.
