摘    要:联合收割机籽粒损失虚拟测试系统的硬件部分由联合收割机籽粒损失传感器、高精度电荷放大器、便携式高速数据采集系统和PC机等组成,用DASYLAB语言编程构成测试系统的软件部分。室内模拟试验的结果表明:该测试系统方便、实用,可以区分开籽粒和茎秆的信号,实时采集并记录下籽粒个数,为基于虚拟仪器技术的联合收割机籽粒损失测试研究打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:This virtual instrument measurement system uses the grain loss sensor made by the author,charge amplifier, wavebook516,uses DASYLAB programming the measurement code,and carries out an indoor simulation experiment according to real operating mode. It is proved that this system can discriminate the grain loss from the straw which is originally discharged form the back of the combines quite exactly. This paper performs dynamic online test of grain loss at home firstly,This study provides useful experience and data as well as new ideas for the applications of virtual instrument technique in agricultural engineering.
