| 摘 要： | 本研究采用双硫腙比色法对我国各地不同茶类的85个茶样的含铅量进行系统的分析，结果表明茶叶平均含铅量为1.97mg/kg；被测不同茶类的平均铅含量顺序为：普洱茶＜茉莉花茶＜绿茶＜红茶＜乌龙茶＜砖茶。笔认为通过合理采等农艺措施和蒸汽杀青的加工工艺，可能达到降低茶叶含铅量的目的。
