木薯、野花生的他感作用

摘    要:用木薯(ManihotutilissimaCrantz.)茎叶的汁液及根系土壤分别处理南瓜(CucurbitamoschataDuch.)、玉米(ZeamaysL)、豇豆(Vignasinensis)、花生(Arachishypogaea)、热研2号柱花草(Stylosanthesguianensiscv.ReyanNo.2)、热研8号坚尼草(Panicummaximumcv.ReyanNo.8);用野花生(Arachispintoi)茎叶汁液及根系土壤分别处理胜红蓟(AgeratumconyzoidesL)、小飞蓬[Comnyzacanadensis(L.)Cronq.]、粘人草(BidenspilosaL.),测定其对种子萌发和生长的影响。结果表明:木薯茎叶的汁液对南瓜、玉米、豇豆、花生、热研2号柱花草、热研8号坚尼草的种子萌发和生长均有影响;木薯根系土壤对南瓜、玉米、豇豆、花生的种子萌发影响均不明显,对南瓜、玉米、豇豆、花生的露白种子生长均有影响。野花生茎叶的汁液对胜红蓟的种子萌发有影响,对胜红蓟、小飞蓬和粘人草的生长均有影响;野花生根系土壤对胜红蓟和小飞蓬的种子萌发影响均不明显,对胜红蓟、小飞蓬和粘人草的生长均有影响。

Abstract:The leaf crude extracts and the soil of the root system of cassava (Manihot utilissima Crantz.) were used to determine the allelopathetic effect on the germination and growth of Cucurbita moschata Duch, Zea mays L, Vigna sinensis, Arachis hypogaea, Stylosanthes guianensis cv.Reyan No.2, and Panicum maximum cv.Reyan No.8. The allelopathetic effect of the same parts of Arachis pintoi were also made on Ageratum conyzoides L, Comnyza canadensis (L.) Cronq. and Bidens pilosa L. The result showed that the leaf extracts of Manihot utilissima produced an impact on the germination and growth of Cucurbita moschata Duch, Zea mays L, Vigna sinensis, Arachis hypogaea, Stylosanthes guianensis cv.Reyan No.2 and Panicum maximum cv.Reyan No.8; the extracts of the root system soil of Manihot utilissima did not affect the germination but the growth of Cucurbita moschata Duch, Zea mays L, Vigna sinensis and Arachis hypogaea. The extracts of leaves of Arachis pintoi affected the germination of the seeds of Ageratum conyzoides L. as well as the growth of Ageratum conyzoides L, Comnyza canadensis and Bidens pilosa L. The extracts of the root system soil of Arachis pintoi did not affect the germination of Ageratum conyzoides L. and Comnyza Canadensis but the growth of Ageratum conyzoides L, Comnyza Canadensis and Bidens pilosa L.
