摘    要:以文冠果花粉为试验材料,研究不同形态特性和不同产量水平母树花粉萌发差异,不同浓度维生素、微量元素、生长调节剂对文冠果花粉萌发的影响及不同花粉贮藏条件对花粉萌发和生活力的影响.结果表明,从文冠果形态上看,有毛类型母树比无毛类母树花粉萌发快、萌发率高,2h内花粉萌发率比无毛高1倍以上.维生素处理对文冠果花粉萌发有明显的促进作用,其中,20 mg/L维生素C处理的花粉萌发率最高.供试微量元素中,硼和钙2元素对文冠果花粉萌发有明显促进作用,钼、铜、锰对花粉萌发有抑制作用.供试4种生长调节剂对文冠果花粉萌发均有不同程度的促进作用,其花粉萌发促进作用大小依次为IAA> GA>2,4-D>NAA.其中,GA和NAA在较高浓度下对花粉萌发有较强的促进作用,IAA和2,4-D在较低浓度下对花粉萌发有较强的促进作用.

Abstract:The Pollen of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge as the experimental material, the seed tree pollen germination differences of different morphological characteristics and production levels were researched; the effects of different concentrations of vitamins, trace elements and growth regulators on pollen germination of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge and the influence of storage conditions on pollen germination and vitality were studied. The results showed that pollen germination of hairy seed tree was faster, germination rate was higher than that of hairless from the morphological of sorbifolia;pollen germination rate was more than twice than the hairless within two hours. Treatment with vitamin significantly promoted Sorbifolia pollen germination,pollen germination rate of 20 mg/L of vitamin C treatment was the high- est. Boron and calcium sorbifolia significantly promoted the germination of pollen, molybde- num, copper, manganese inhibited pollen germination. Four kinds of growth regulators pro- moted pollen germination of sorbifolia, their role in promoting the germination of pollen was IAA〉 GA〉 2,4-D〉NAA. GA and NAA at higher concentrations had strong promotion, and IAA and 2,4--D at lower concentrations of pollen germination had strong promotion on pollen germination.
