| Abstract: | This paper introduced the physical and chemical properties, advance of gene study, genetic linkage, physiological function and value of lipoxygenase. It also discussed the relationship between lipoxygenase deficiency and agronomic traits, the selection of the germplasm with lipoxygenase deficiency, the breeding of the cultivars without stinking smell, and summarized the development in research of molecular labeling of the lipoxygenase deficiency gene. |
