一对等位基因的基因概率

摘    要:根据孟德尔定律可以得到一个孟德尔群体的基因频率和基因型频率。随着遗传学的发展,需要知道已知亲本和子代基因型时,子代的某一个基因来自亲本的某一个基因的概率和子代的基因型来自亲本的某一个组合基因型的概率,即基因概率和基因型概率。根据条件概率和孟德尔定律导出了基因概率和基因型概率的计算方法,且研究了基因概率的性质。

Abstract:From Mendelian principles we can get gene frequency and genotype frequency of Mendelian population. As the development of genetics, it needs to know a certain gene of offspring from a certain gene of parent and genotype of offspring from a certain comb.ination genotype of parent definitely under known genotype, named gene probability and genotype probability. This paper gave the method of computation gene probability and genotype probability under conditional probability and Mendelian principles and studied the character of gene probability.
