摘 要: | 绿色食品,是指无污染食品,有些国家又称之为生态食品。其含义一是安全,即要求食品无致畸、无致癌、无致突变,也即要求污染物质的最高含量不能超过国家规定的标准,二是营养,即食品中各营养成份含量要达到一定要求。本文就绿色食品生产的特点,对绿色食品生态工程中,划分绿色食品生产基地;防治病虫杂草;培肥土壤,宣传和管理等十个方面的内容进行了探讨。

Abstract: | AbstractGreenfood is a non-pollution food,it is also called ecological food insome countries,The meaning of the green food has two contexts.One issafety,it requires the food to be free from the pollutants causing mulfor-mation,carcinom,and mutation or the highest contents of harmful matterscouldn't exceed the state standard,The other is nutrition-the contentof nutrients must be reached at a certain requirement,Base on the charac-teristics of the green food production,the article makes a systematics ex-position of ten respects on ecological project of green food:determininggreenfood production base;controling insect pests and weed;enrichingthe soil;etc,. |
