摘    要:油梨是一种新兴的、营养价值高且具有保健功能的水果。随着人们生活质量的提高,消费者对天然、健康、有机的水果倍受重视,油梨市场需求量逐年增加。研究构建优质、高产、生态的油梨栽培技术成为发展油梨产业的首要目标。为此,本研究介绍了油梨的生物学特性,重点综述了油梨的繁殖、种植地选择、品种配置、营养与施肥及病虫害防治等方面的栽培技术。针对油梨生产现状,对发展油梨生产的有关技术问题提出了建议。

Abstract:Avocado is a new variety of fruit full of high nutritive value and with noticeable health functions. With the improvement of life quality, people pay more and more attention to natural, healthy and organic fruit, and the market demand of avocado is increasingly growing. To explore the techniques for good-quality, high-yield and ecological avocado cultivation is the primary goal of China’s avocado industry development. Therefore, this paper introduces the biological characteristics of avocado and focuses on the cultivation technique in breeding, plantation selection, variety allocation and fertilization and pest control. Based on the production reality of avocado, the authors put forward some suggestions on the development of avocado industry.
