端粒酶的活性及其调控机制

摘    要:端粒酶由RNA模板、调节蛋白和催化亚等组成,对端粒细胞的稳定起着重要作用。本文介绍端粒酶的结构,端粒酶与体细胞,细胞衰老及肿瘤分子等之间的生物学意义,以及端粒酶的基因表达与转录,分子之间的相互作用等分子调控机制。

Abstract:The telomerase is made up of RNA model,regulatory protein and catalytic subunit.The telomerase plays an important role in maintenance of telomerase structural stability.This review introduced research progress on telomerase from several aspects:the structure of telomerase,the biological meaning of telomerase,body cell,cellular senescence and tumor differentiation,the expression and transcription of telomerase gene,the interaction between molecules on molecular mechanism of the regulation.
