利用刨花箱蒸发冷却降低畜禽舍气温的初步研究

本文主要研究用刨花箱的蒸发冷却来降低畜禽舍的气温。在相似理论的指导下,对影响刨花箱蒸发冷却的热效率和空气阻力的主要因素做了一系列实验研究,整理出相应的经验公式。并以实验结果和经验公式为依据,提出设计畜禽舍用蒸发冷却降温的初步方案。实验研究表明,这种方法所需设备简单,经济性较好。在一定件条下,可广泛用于畜禽舍的降温。

A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF LOWERING THE AIR TEMPERATURE IN THE HOUSE FOR THE DOMESTIC ANIMALS AND POULTRY THROUGH THE EVAPARATIVE COOLING BY THE BOXES OF WOOD SHAVINGS

The main subject studied in the present paper is lowering the air temperature of the house for the domestic animals and Poultry through the evaporative cooling by the boxes of wood shavings.In order to reveal the basic factors that affect the heat efficiency of the evaporative cooling and the air resistance of the shavings boxes, a series of experiments were made under the quidance of the analogous theory, and the corresponding experiential formulae were sumed up. Moreovr according to these results of experiments and experiential formulae, a initial designing Plan for lowering the temperature of the house of the domestic animals and Poultry by the evaporative cooling was suggested.The results of this experiment indicated that this method require only very simple equipments and can get good results in economy Under certain conditions, it may be used for lowering the temperature of the house for the domesticanimals and poultry.
