番茄晚疫病病原菌生物学特性研究(Ⅱ)

摘    要:对番茄晚疫病病原菌生物学特性如培养基、pH、温度、光照对菌丝生长、产孢影响进行了试验研究。结果表明:菌丝生长及产孢最佳培养基是黑麦培养基;番茄晚疫病菌菌丝生长的最适宜温度为20℃;最适宜的产孢温度为(20±2)℃;病菌生长的最适pH6.0~7.0;适宜产孢的pH7.0;光照不利于病菌的生长及产孢。

Abstract:The effect of different culture media, pH value, temperature, illumination on Phytophthora in- festans hypha growth and spore yield were studied. The results showed that the optimal culture medium was rye culture medium; the optimal hypha growth temperature was 20℃; the optimal temperature for spore was (20±2) ℃; the optimal hypha growth pH was 6.5-7.0; the optimal pH yield was 7.0; illumination could inhibit the growth of hypha and spore yield.
