不同有机酸对广西飞凤土鸡营养物质代谢及饲料pH值的影响

选取78只体重相近的8周龄飞凤土鸡公鸡,随机分成13组(对照组和12个试验组),每组6只鸡(单笼饲养),每只鸡为1个重复,对照组饲喂不添加任何酸化剂和抗生素的全价饲粮,试验组添加不同种类不同水平的有机酸,3种有机酸(柠檬酸、延胡索酸、乳酸)的添加水平均为0.15%、0.25%、0.5%、1.0%,进行消化代谢试验,采集饲料测定饲粮pH值。结果表明:玉米-豆粕型饲粮中添加适量的有机酸(柠檬酸、延胡索酸、乳酸)可提高飞凤土鸡营养物质表观利用率;与对照组比较,3种有机酸在0.5%、1.0%添加水平时均能显著提高飞凤土鸡对饲粮干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙、磷表观利用率(P<0.05),0.25%添加水平也能显著影响饲粮粗蛋白、钙、磷的利用率(P<0.05);有机酸添加水平较低(0.15%)时,对营养物质利用率没有促进作用(P>0.05)。添加有机酸能明显降低饲粮pH值;饲粮pH值随着有机酸添加水平的增加而逐渐降低(P<0.05)。

Effects of different organic acids on nutrient metabolism and dietary pH in Guangxi in Feifeng chickens
