| 摘 要： | 通过对患鸡眼部分泌物进行病原菌的分离鉴定,进行体外药敏试验的研究,探讨引起贵妃鸡眼炎的主要致病菌类型,筛选出敏感抗生素药物。试验结果表明:引起贵妃鸡眼炎的主要致病菌为大肠杆菌,抗生素中的舒普深,阿奇霉素和菌必治等9种药物为治疗贵妃鸡眼炎的首选药物,据此提出有效防治措施,为贵妃鸡的集约化养殖提供参考,降低饲养成本,提高经济效益。

| Abstract: | The study through carries on disease germ's separation appraisal to a trouble chicken eye secretion.For fungi susceptibility test in vitro research,the paper discussed the main compositely inflammation caused by the imperial concubine pathogenic types,and screened sensitive antibiotic drugs,scientifically guiding clinical drug use.The experiment showed that the main pathogenic bacteria cause ophthalmia among chicken were colon bacillus.Nine medicines in Antibiotic as sulperazone,azithromycin and ceftriaxone... |
