蚕丝纤维在钙盐微溶下的形态结构与性能研究

摘    要:蚕丝纤维在氯化钙溶液中的溶解过程具有阶段性,利用这一溶解机理,将蚕丝纤维放入一定条件的氯化钙溶液中进行微溶解处理,研究其形态结构和力学性能的变化规律。研究结果表明:在氯化钙溶液中处理15~25min的时间段内,丝纤维内部的微孔穴明显增多,强伸为、弹性、初始模量、应力松弛等力学性能稍有下降。

Abstract:The silk fiber can dissolve in CaCl2 solution progressively, we researched the law of the changing of morphological structure and mechanics properties by adding the silk fiber into solution to make it dissolving slightly. The results showed that when the silk fiber dissolved slightly during the first 15 ~ 25 minutes, the microviod in the real silk fiber increased evidently and mechanics properties such as the strength, extension, elasticity, initial modulus and stress relaxation decreased slightly.
