高效液相色谱法测定防霉剂中丙酸含量的研究

摘    要:研究建立了使用高效液相色谱法测定防霉剂中丙酸含量的方法。样品用水超声提取,经C18柱(150mm×4.6mm 5um)分离,通过紫外-可见检测器在210nm处定量测定。结果表明,在0.5mg/mL~5.0mg/mL浓度范围内,丙酸浓度与峰面积的回归方程为:y=329.40x-12.281,相关系数r=0.9994,回收率98.6%~101.7%。对丙酸含量不同的防霉剂,与使用GB/T22145-2008(气相色谱法)相比,方法间的检测结果相对偏差为0.41%~1.13%。实验证明:该方法简单、快速、准确性好,精密度高,可用于测定防霉剂中丙酸含量。

Abstract:The determination method of propionic acid content in mould inhibitor by HPLC was established.Samples were extracted by ultrasonic method,separated by column C18(150mm×4.6mm×5μm),made quantitative measurement at 210nm by UV-Vis detector.The results showed that in the concentration range from 0.5 mg/mL to 5.0mg/mL,the regression equation of propionic acid concentration and the peak area was obtained as y=329.40x-12.281,which the correlative index(r) was 0.9994,the average recovery was from 98.6% to 101.7%.For mould inhibitor with different propionic acid content,comparing with GB/T22145-2008(Gas Chromatography),the test results showed that the relative deviation was from 0.41% to 1.13% between the different methods.The method was proved to be easy,fast,good accuracy and high precision,it could be used to determinate the propionic acid content in mould inhibitor.
