| 摘 要： | 采用NaCl和IAA梯度溶液及其混和溶液,对3个玉米品种进行实验,测定3种玉米在不同NaCl和IAA处理下的种子萌发率、芽长、根长、胚鲜重,结果表明,NaCl明显抑制种子萌发和幼苗生长,单独的IAA处理对种子也有一定的抑制作用,但IAA可以提高玉米种子在盐胁迫条件下的萌发率和幼苗生长指标,1mg/L的IAA浓度是最佳条件。

| Abstract: | Seeds of three maize cultivars were used to investigate the effects of different salinity and IAA concentrations on their germination percent,radicle and hypocotyl length,seedling fresh weight.Results showed that increasing concentration of NaCl reduced germination percentage,radicle length,hypocotyls length,seedling fresh weight.IAA increased hypocotyls length,seedling fresh weight,but did not influence on seed genmination percentage and radicle length.It is the best of 1mg./LIAA. |
