摘    要:研究了通过喷施不同浓度的抗坏血酸(AsA)、水杨酸(SA)和脱落酸(ABA)在低温胁迫条件下对番茄幼苗的冷害指数以及与抗冷性相关的部分生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的抗坏血酸、水杨酸和脱落酸喷施番茄后,均可使番茄幼苗叶片中的相对电导率和丙二醛含量降低,POD活性提高,脯氨酸含量升高,冷害指数降低。在所有处理中以10mmol/L抗坏血酸处理的效果最好。

Effects of Exogenous Material on Resistance of Seedling of Tomato to Chilling Injury

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of different concentration of exogenous ascorbic acid(AsA) 、 salicylic acid(SA) and Abscisic Acid(ABA) on cold damage index and some of physiological and biochemical indexes of tomato seedlings were studied under the cold stressed by spraying on leaves.The results showed that spraying with different concentration of exogenous AsA、SA and ABA can reduced the relative conductance and the content of MDA,increased the content of praline,improved the activities of POD,and decreased cold damage index.And the optimum concentration of AsA was 10mmol.L-1for the best alleviation of cold stressed plants.
