摘    要:首次较系统地研究了解决兔眼蓝莓外植体初代培养易褐化的问题.认为在剪切外植体时先用杀菌剂浸泡枝条有利于降低污染率,用抗坏血酸浸泡外植体后再消毒,外植体在接种后1~2 d内褐化率为0,在培养基中添加抗氧化荆和增加琼脂浓度,完全可以将外植体芽诱导过 程中的褐化率降低到10%以下.

Abstract:In this paper,first systematicly studied the rabbit eye blueberry explants early browning problem.It could reduce pollation rate by soaking explants into fungicide before cuttins the explants.With soacking the explants into ascorbil acid,the browning rate was 0 after ino culated 1 to 2 days,When added with anti-oxidants and increasins the agar concentration in medium,it could reduce the browning rate below 10% in the process of inducing bud explants.
