轮胎模具花纹造型设计

摘    要:轮胎花纹是影响轮胎性能和使用寿命的主要因素,由于其造型复杂而成为轮胎造型设计中的技术难题。本文分析了轮胎花纹曲线上的点由平面到立体的函数转换关系,并运用GRIP语言,由空间曲线做出花纹的截面,运用UG的扫描命令,生成了精确的轮胎花纹的三维立体模型。这是模具数控加工的前提,是CAD/CAM技术在模具设计制作中的很好利用。

Abstract:The tyre tread patterns play major role in a tyre,but it is difficult to exactly do 3D models of patterns.In this paper,we proposed and examined a new way for 3D models using CAD/CAM technology.Mathematic expressions of curve transform are constructed by analyzing the characteristic of the pattern.The models are designed using the GRIP language of UG software.An illustrative example was given to demonstrate the validity of the results obtained in this paper.
