喷油器针阀升程自动测试系统的研究

摘    要:为了能够准确地掌握喷油器的燃油喷射过程和喷射规律,以研究和改进燃烧室及气道,组织好燃油的燃烧过程,降低油耗和减少尾气排放,设计了一种基于磁电式针阀升程传感器和以AT89C51单片机为核心的智能化针阀升程测试系统。试验证明,该测试系统灵敏度高,响应速度快,实现了快速、精确、可靠地显示喷油器的各阶段燃油喷射过程的目的。

Abstract:A kind of nozzle body sensor based on magnetoelectricity and relative system with a machine of AT89C51 has been designed in order to master the spraying course of the injector and its injection regulation accurately,study and improve combustion chamber and intake,control the burning course of the fuel well,so that we can both reduce the consumption and decrease the amount of exhaust gas.The experiment proved that this testing system has many advantages,such as high accurate degree,fast response,which fulfilled the display of injector in each stage quickly,precisely and dependablely.
