摘    要:基于PXI总线设计了一个新型的汽油发动机点火提前角测试系统。系统硬件由PXI硬件、传感器、信号调理电路、闪光装置等组成。系统界面由虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW设计,测试结果直观地显示在显示器上。系统能测量独立点火及有分电器的汽油发动机点火提前角和转速,同时显示、存储多缸的测量值。系统在日产Pulsar发动机实验台架上试验,转速测量绝对误差为±5 r/min,相对误差为±0.51%;提前角测量绝对精度为±1°,相对误差为±4.28%。系统在某乘用车公司发动机装配车间的发动机测试中应用。

Abstract:A new ignition timing measuring system was established by utilizing PXI(PCI eXtension for Instrumentation)technology.The system hardware was composed of PXI hardware,sensors,signal conditioning models and a sparking instrument.And the system operating interface was designed by LabVIEW,with direct test results displayed on screen.This system can measure revolution speed and ignition timing for all kinds of ignition systems.Meanwhile,it can display and save real time value for all cylinders.Finally,the system was applied on Nissan Pulsar engine test-bed.The results show that the absolute precision of revolution speed is ±5 r/min with the relative precision of ±0.51%,and the absolute precision of ignition timing is ±1° with the relative precision of ±4.28%.Finally,the system was applied on testing engine in one automotive factory.
