摘    要:应用Pro/E三维实体造型软件和HyperMesh有限元软件,建立了CF139曲轴实体模型和有限元网格模型,然后用Ansys软件对曲轴的结构强度和刚度进行了分析,找出了曲轴断裂的真正原因,并对危险部位的结构进行适当地改进,有效地降低了危险部位的应力峰值。

Abstract:This paper used Pro/E and HyperMesh software to build entity model and FE-grid model of CF139 crankshaft,then analyzed crankshaft's structural strength and stiffness by ANSYS,finally finded the true cause of crankshaft's rupture,moreover,advisably ameliorated the structure of dangerous section,so the peak stress of dangerous section has been decreased effectively.
