药用植物金铁锁的研究进展

 金铁锁是中国特有的珍稀濒危植物,也是传统的药用植物,具有镇痛、抗炎、止血、免疫调节等功效。本文对金铁锁的国内外研究进展进行了综述,内容涉及分类与系统学、化学成分和药理作用、生物学特性、栽培以及遗传多样性等方面,并对所存在的问题进行了讨论,为进一步开展优良种质引种驯化、遗传育种、现代化种植及种质资源的保护和可持续利用提供参考。

Advances in Studies on Psammosilene tunicoides W. C. Wu et C. Y. Wu (Caryophyllaceae)

Psammosilene tunicoides, an endemic and endangered species in China, is traditionally used as a precious medicine, and has played an important role in traditional medicine development for pain relieving, anti inflammatory, blood stopping, immune adjustment and so on. In the present paper, recent advances in its systematics, chemical constitutes, pharmacological actions, biology and genetic diversity were summarized. Some problematical issues related to this medicinal wealth were discussed, and some suggestions of further research on its introduction and domestication, genetics and breeding, good agricultural practice, conservation and sustainable development were also proposed.
