两种新杀雄药在油菜上的应用简报

对两种新杀雄药化杀灵和草甘膦在甘蓝型油菜湘油15号上进行了杀雄效果研究。结果表明，化杀灵在油菜植株最大花蕾长达2．5mm时喷施，杀雄效果非常理想，1：140～90的浓度范围处理油菜不育株率都在90．0％以上，且无药害株；1：90的化杀灵中附加生长调节剂赤霉素辅助处理显示，0．139％的赤霉素在部分植株上表现出了生长促进作用，不育株率提高到100％。草甘膦则药害严重，不宜在油菜上做杀雄剂使用。

Application of Two New Male-sterilizing Drugs in Rape

Two new drugs, Huashaling and glyphosate, are applied to rape variety Xiangyou 15 to detect their male sterilization. The results showed that Huashaling, sprayed when the biggest buds of rape plants are 2.5 mm long, had an ideal male-sterilizing effect. Spraying 2 g of Huashaling powder in 9 000 mL to 14 000 mL water would result in above 90% of male-sterile plant rate without somewhat harm. At the same time, the growth regulator GA was added into Huashaling solutions of 2 g Huashaling powder in 9000 mL water. The results indicate that 0. 5 mL GA into 360 mL Huashaling solution of the above concentration could promote the growth in partial plants and further increase the male sterile plant rate to 100%. But glyphosate did much harm to rape and could not be used as a male sterilizing drug.
