鸡包涵体肝炎的病理学研究（3）野毒株FAV—b实验感染鸡胚的病理学观察

以自行分离的野毒ＦＡＶ—ｂ株的肝组织毒、细胞培养物，分别经尿囊接种于１３日龄鸡胚，继续孵化至１８日龄，断孵移至４℃冰箱处死进行系统的病理学观察。结果表明：本病毒主侵肝脏，引起变质性肝炎、肝出血，少数例发生肝包炎，镜检在高度变性的肝细胞内出现嗜碱性或嗜酸性核内包涵体与本病的特征性病变，具证病意义；透射电镜观察肝细胞核内有晶格状排列、直径７０～８８ｎｍ的病毒粒子，同样的病毒粒子也见于胞浆内。脾脏淋已细胞数减少，网状组织活化增生；肾肿胀镜检呈急性肾病形象，肾曲小管上皮细胞内出现嗜碱性核内包涵体；在高度变性的胰腺上皮细胞内也偶见嗜碱性核内包涵体。

Pathological Studies on Inclusion Body Nepatitis inChicken-pathological Studies on Chick Embryo Experimentally Infected with Field Virus IBHV-93b

Thirteen-dav-old chick embryos inoculated with hepatic tissue virusor cell cultrues of field virus IBHV- 93b via the allantois were hatched up to eighteen-day-old,they were euthanatized and submitted for pathologcal examination.The re-sults showed that IBHV- 93b mainly injured liver and caused haemorrhage,alterativehepatitis,capsular perihepatitis(partial cases),basophilic or eosinophilic intranuclear in-clusion bodies in severely degenerative hepatocytes.These intrdnuclear inclusion bodieswere the characteristic ohanges of inclusion body hepatitis.Pathological Changes of em-bryos also included lymphopenie in spleen,activation and proliferation of reticular cells,acute nephropathy,focal necrosis of pancreas,basophilic intranuclear inclusion bodiesin individual epithelia of renal tubuli and degenerative pancreatic epithelia.
