桑叶营养价值及部分活性物质的初步研究

摘    要:本文对桑叶的营养成分和桑叶中部分活性物质进行了初步研究;包括两个试验,试验1采用概略养分分析法测定了常规养分的含量。结果表明,桑叶的粗蛋白质含量为8.31%,粗脂肪含量为3.96%,NDF含量为27.42%,ADF含量为21.58%,钙含量为5.95%,磷含量为0.29%,总能值为13 913 J/g;试验2采用有机溶剂提取法对桑叶中活性物质进行了提取,得到粗提物,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH体系络合化学发光法测定了总黄酮含量。并对桑叶中活性物质进行了初步的分离提纯,并分别进行了这三种粗提取对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌体外抑菌作用的研究。结果显示,桑叶中黄酮类物质含量为0.16%;上述三种有机溶剂萃取物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长有较好的抑菌作用。结论:桑叶具有很高的营养价值和较强的抑菌作用。

Abstract:In this paper,the nutritive value and some active substances were studied initially in Mulberry Leaf.The paper included two tests.In Experiment 1 it was to study the nutritive value of Mulberry Leaf by summary nutrient assay,routine nutrient were determined and the content of NDF and ADF were determined by van Soest fiber assay.The results showed that: the content of CP was 8.31%,the content of EE was 3.96%,the content of NDF was 27.42%,the content of ADF was 21.58%,the content of Ca was 5.95%,the content of P was 0.29% and the GE was 13 913 J/g respectively;In Experiment 2,the active material was extracted from Mulberry Leaf by organic solvent extraction and crude extract was obtained,the content of total flavonoid was determined by the NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH system chemiluminescence method,at the same time,the active material was separated and purified,in the last place,the bacteriostasis of extractant to staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in vitro was studied by solid medium dilution method.The results showed that: the content of total flavonoid was 0.16% in Mulberry Leaf,the extractive substances have the better bacteriostasis to staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.Conclusion:the Mulberry Leaf has high nutritive value and well bacteriostasis.
