烟草种子结实特性研究

[目的]探讨不同烟草杂交组合种子的结实特性.[方法]选用9个烤烟品种,将其分为两组,A组有5个品种,分别为G28、PS、G80、K376、G140,B组有4个品种,分别为NC89、红大、CB-1、中烟90.按NCⅡ方式进行组配,并设置相应的反交.[结果]经配合力分析及杂交组合F1的正反交结实性的分析表明,红大×G80及G80×红大这两个杂交组合在平均单果粒数以及千粒重方面最突出,是最优的杂交组合.[结论]该研究初步了解不同烟草杂交组合结实特性的遗传差异,可为进一步研究提供参考.

Study on Seed Fructification Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco

[Objective] The aim was to discuss the seed fructification characteristics of different flue-cured tobacco hybrid combinations.[Method] Nine flue-cured tobacco varieties were divided into two groups.G28,PS,G80,K376,G140 were in group A,and NC89,Hongda,CB-1,Zhongyan were in group B.According to the NC Ⅱ way to assemble and sat the reciprocal cross.[Result] The analysis of combining ability and the seeds fructification characteristics of F1 reciprocal cross showed that Hongda × G80 and G80 × Hongda were prominent in average seed number per plant and 1000-kernel weight,so they both were the optimal hybrid combinations.[Conclusion] The study knows the genetic difference of fructification characteristics of different flue-cured tobacco hybrid combinations preliminarily,to provide a reference for the further research.
