摘    要:目的]研究三聚氰胺进入水体系统后的迁移情况.方法]利用室内模拟水生态系统,通过在饲料中添加三聚氰胺,测定不同暴露时间水体、金鱼藻、沉积物以及罗非鱼和田螺肌肉中三聚氰胺的含量.结果]给药期间水体、金鱼藻、沉积物以及罗非鱼和田螺肌肉中三聚氰胺含量都呈增加趋势,金鱼藻对三聚氰胺的吸附性较强.停药期间罗非鱼肌肉中三聚氰胺的含量显著下降,水体中的三聚氰胺含量呈缓慢下降趋势,而金鱼藻、沉积物和田螺肌肉中三聚氰胺的含量呈缓慢增加趋势.试验后期,各介质中三聚氰胺的浓度逐渐趋于稳定.结论]该研究为了解三聚氰胺在养殖水体中的分配和迁移规律提供了基础数据.

Distribution and Migration of Melamine in Feed in Aquaculture Water

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the migration situations of melamine in water system.Method] Using indoor stimulated aquatic ecosystem,melamine was added in fish feed to determine the content of melamine in water,horuwort,sediment,tilapia muscles and winkle muscles at different exposure time.Result] During the period of drug administration,melamine content in the water,hornwort,sediment,tilapia muscles and winkle muscles showed the increasing trends,hornwort had stronger adsorption to melamine.After drug administration,melamine content in the tilapia muscles was significantly reduced,melamine content in the water was slowly decreased,the content of melamine in the hornwort,sediment and winkle muscles slowly increased.In the late test period,the concentration of melamine in all the media of the aquatic system was gradually stabilized.Conclusion] The research provided basic data for understanding the distribution and migration laws of melamine in aquaculture water.
