摘    要:对树脂吸附法提取黄芪皂甙进行了研究,通过试验确定了树脂吸附法提取黄芪皂甙的工艺条件。单因素试验结果表明:综合考虑黄芪皂甙粗品得率和皂甙含量,用体积分数为60%的乙醇提取,树脂柱长度为55cm,体积分数为80%的乙醇洗脱时效果比较好。

Abstract:The extraction of astragaloside from radix astragali with a resin column has been studied. The method and processing conditions of extracting astragaloside from radix astragali by resin absorbing method had been determined through a lot of experiments. According to the single factor experiment, when the astragaloside are extracted by 60% ethanol, the length of resin column is 55cm and the elution concentration is 80%, the obtain rate and the content of astragaloside are relatively high.
