玉米杂交种对弯孢叶斑病抗性鉴定

摘    要:[目的]为弯孢叶斑病的抗性育种提供理论依据。[方法]以郑单958为对照,采用人工喷雾对14个玉米杂交种接种玉米弯孢叶斑病菌,统计病情指数,鉴定抗病性。[结果]随着时间的增长,供试材料病情越来越严重,病株率、病叶率越来越大,发病程度逐渐加深,发病的部位由下而上逐渐上升。供试材料之间抗性存在极显著差异。系02-49×(齐318×A015①)的病情指数最小,为14.31%,然后是051024为15.55%,(齐319×A014①-2)×(B37941×A014)为26.44%,(B37941×A014)×(齐319×A014①-2)为32.63%,对照郑单958为37.09%;(A013×52106①)×系803的病情指数最大,为85.50%。[结论]14个玉米杂交种之间抗性差异较大,系02-49×(齐318×A015①)与051024的抗病性最强,(A013×52106①)×系803对弯孢叶斑病最感病。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to provide theoretical basis for resistant breeding of curvularia leaf spot disease. [Method] With Zhengdan 958 as CK, 14 maize hybrids were inoculated with pathogen of maize curvularia leaf spot disease by using artificial spraying to identify disease-resistance through counting disease indices. [Result] Along with the increment of time, the disease status of tested material was more and more serious, the diseased plant rate and diseased leaf rate were bigger and bigger, the diseased degree increased gradually and the diseased positions ascended gradually from the below to the top. There was extremely significant difference on resistance among tested materials. The disease index of line 02-49×(Qi318×A015①) was smallest, being 14.31%, the follows were 051024 (15.55 %), (Qi319×A014①-2)×(B37941×A014) (26.44%) and (B37941×A014)×(Qi319×A014①-2) (32.63 %), and that of CK (Zhengdan958) was 37.09 %. The disease index of (A013×52106①)×line 803 was biggest, being 85.50 %. [Conclusion] The resistance differences among 4 maize hybrids were bigger. The disease resistances of line 02-49×(Qi318×A015①) and 051024 were strongest and (A013×52106①)×line 803 was most sensitive to curvularia leaf spot disease.
