广西家庭农场适度规模经营研究

[目的]分析广西家庭农场发展现状及其存在的问题,测算其适度规模,为广西进一步发展适度规模家庭农场、构建现代农业经营体系、培育新型农业经营主体提供参考.[方法]通过抽样调查与现场考察,分析广西家庭农场发展中存在的主要问题;采用直观评估法测算其适度规模,并提出相关的对策建议.[结果]广西家庭农场普遍存在经营规模小、物质投入不足、经营者整体素质低、农业社会化服务体系不健全等问题.其适度经营规模为6.6～9.5 ha,广西现有家庭农场的规模远小于此适度规模.[建议]应完善农村土地流转机制、提高土地流转效率,提高农业机械化水平,加大农业扶持力度、加强农业基础设施建设,加大人力资本投入、着力培养高素质职业农民,发展和完善农业社会化服务体系,以促进广西家庭农场进一步发展.

Moderate scale management of family farm in Guangxi

[Objective]Development status and existing problems of family farm in Guangxi were analyzed and appropriate scale was measured in order to provide references for further developing moderate scale family farm, constructing the manage- ment system of modem agriculture and cultivating new management subject of agriculture in Guangxi. [Method]By sampling survey and site inspection, relevant strategies and suggestions were proposed based on analysis of existing problems of family farm in Guangxi and calculation of moderate scale using visual evaluation method. [Result]The problems concerning family farm in Guangxi included small scale of operation, lack of material input, low quality of operators and imperfect social service system of agriculture. It would be moderate for family farm of Guangxi on the scale of 6.6-9.5 ha, but the existing family farm are much smaller than the moderate scale. [Suggestion]In order to promote further development of family farm in Guangxi, some suggestions should be taken into account which included improving rural land transfer mechanism, boosting land transfer efficiency, improving agricultural mechanical level, strengthening agricultural support, increasing human capital input, cultivating high-quality professional farmers, and developing and improving rural social service system.
