张家界市永定区2020年气候特征分析及防灾减灾救灾工作对策

气象服务工作是气象工作的核心，做好气候特征分析并提升防灾减灾救灾水平将为地方的 经济社会发展作出贡献。本文以张家界市永定区为例，重点描述了本地区2020年的气候特征及主要气象灾害，从实际出发提出防灾减灾救灾工作的对策与建议，并给出了2020年主汛期以来多轮强降雨天气情况下开展气象服务及防灾减灾救灾工作的一次典型事例。

Analysis of Climate Characteristics and Strategy of Disaster Prevention and Relief in Yongding District of Zhangjiajie City in 2020

Meteorological service is a core of meteorological work. It will contribute to the local economic and social development to do a good job in the analysis of climate characteristics and the improvement of disaster prevention and relief. Taking Yongding district of Zhangjiajie city as an example, this paper firstly describes its climate characteristics and main meteorological disasters in 2020, and then proposes the strategy and suggestion for disaster prevention, reduction and relief, and finally presents a typical example of carrying out meteorological services and disaster prevention, reduction and relief work under several rounds of heavy rainfall since the main flood season in 2020.
