摘    要:耕地是我国重要的基础性资源,耕地保护具有战略意义。本文以广西14个地级市为研究对象,用收益还原法测算耕地保护经济价值;用粮食安全的重要程度对粮食供需差的修正值来测算耕地保护社会稳定价值,用替代法测算耕地社会保障价值,两者相加得到广西各地级市的社会价值;用社会发展阶段系数测算耕地保护生态价值;用耕地面积与单位耕地文化价值的乘积测算耕地保护文化价值,最后得出各地级市耕地保护价值。在对广西耕地保护总价值测算中,经济价值明显高于其他价值,除了文化价值呈现负增长之外,其他价值都处于一直增长的趋势。耕地保护的总价值由经济价值来决定;且其保护价值存在差异,其原因是农作物产量的差异。

Abstract:Cultivated land is an important basic resource in China, and the protection of cultivated land has strategic significance.In this paper, take 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi as research objects, and use the income reduction method to calculate the economic value of cultivated land protection. The social stability value of cultivated land protection was calculated by using the correction value of the importance of grain security to the difference between grain supply and demand, and the social security value of cultivated land was calculated by using the substitution method. The social value of all prefecture-level cities in Guangxi was obtained by adding the two. Using the coefficient of social development stage to calculate the ecological value of cultivated land protection; The cultivated land protection cultural value was calculated by the product of cultivated land area and unit cultivated land cultural value, and finally the cultivated land protection value of each prefecture-level city was obtained.In the calculation of the total value of cultivated land protection in Guangxi, the economic value was obviously higher than other values,except for the negative growth of cultural value, other values are in the trend of constant growth. The total value of farmland protection was determined by economic value,and because of the difference of crop yield,its protection value has the difference.
